On the occasion of the Mobile World Congress 2013 in Barcelona
the Institute for Theoretical Information Technology (TI) receives the
"HUAWEI Proactive Contribution Award". The contributions of TI to the joint research
project "Self-Organization for 4G Multi-Tier Networks" are honored by this award.
Dr. Jianjun Wu, the director of HUAWEI's European Research Center presented
Rudolf Mathar and Alexander Engels with the award.
